Call for Proposals

We welcome proposals for formal papers, panels, and roundtable discussions. Because one of our conference goals is to foster community among people engaged in making the sciences more inclusive, we also encourage proposals for sessions that may not fit these more traditional formats. We particularly encourage creative formats that could include:

• hands-on workshops
• panels that bring together different disciplines or perspectives
• sessions that foster dialog among presenters and participants
• presentation of "works in progress" for feedback and discussion

All proposals will be peer reviewed by the Program Committee.

Submission Information

We have provided a downloadable Microsoft® Word® template to use when submitting your proposal. Fill out the form, save it as an RTF (rich text format) file and rename it using the first initial and last name of one of the authors. For example, a proposal from Marie Curie would be named curiem.rtf.
