Artist Opportunities

Exhibition Proposals:

The Catherine G. Murphy Gallery presents five exhibitions during each academic calendar year [September – May.] These exhibitions are selected twelve to eighteen months in advance of the actual show. Four of the venues are exhibitions selected from outside proposals representing local, national and international artists. The fifth exhibition, April-May, is set aside for the annual Juried Senior Art Exhibition.

We welcome established artists as well as emerging artists, solo and/or group proposals in all media. A Gallery Committee reviews all proposals on a bimonthly basis. Artists are notified normally within two to three months of submission. If interested in submitting a proposal, include the following information:

Letter stating intent
Resume
Artist Statement
CD of 15 – 20 images (high resolution: 300 pixels per inch, longest side 1080 pixels, jpg)
Image list to coincide with CD (title, medium, size, year)
Two – three prints of images on CD (size 4" x 5" or larger)
Email address
Self–addressed stamped envelope
