Payment Options

The academic year for St. Kate’s Day Program is divided into two semesters of 16 weeks each. St. Catherine University offers the following payment options:

  • Standard payment option

Payment is due in full by the first day of class each term for any amounts not covered by financial aid. Students who do not pay in full by the first day of classes will be allowed to make installments.

  • Installment options

Under this option, the student’s account must be paid in full prior to the first day of registration for the following term. A hold is placed on the student’s account after the 0 percent refund period for the current term; additionally, a 1 percent finance charge is assessed on the last day of each month on any unpaid balance. Monthly payments are required. We recommend that one-third of the initial bill be paid on the first day of classes; one-third paid by the end of the first month of classes and the balance paid in full by the end of the second month. This schedule will ensure payment in full by the posted deadline for the semester.

  • Payment by credit card

The University accepts Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard for payment of tuition, fees, and room and board.

  • Company reimbursements

Students who receive company reimbursements still are responsible for all charges on their accounts. However, alternate billing arrangements can be made by contacting the Office of Student Accounts.
