Minnesota Private College Week (MPCW)

  • June 25-29, 2012

Minnesota Private College Week (MPCW) is designed to help students entering their junior and senior years explore the private college options in Minnesota. Campus tours and general information sessions are offered twice daily at each campus at 9:30–11:45 a.m. and 2–4:15 p.m.

Visit campus on a Saturday morning to take a tour and meet with an admission counselor. Tours are offered on the Saturdays listed at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon. Appointments with admission counselors are available at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. Group information sessions are offered at 10 and 11 a.m. Appointments fill quickly, so please call ahead.

Fall Visit Days

Explore St. Kate’s! Each day includes specific information about admission, financial aid, academics and student services. You will also meet current students, sit in on classes, speak with representatives from each academic department, take a campus tour and enjoy lunch in the dining hall.

Overnight Preview

  • For Seniors only: November 2-3, 2012
  • For students accepted for Fall 2013: February 17-18, 2013
  • For Juniors and Seniors: March 8-9, 2013

Students are invited to attend one of our Overnight Preview Visits. During your overnight visit, you will have the opportunity to stay overnight in the residence halls, attend class, have lunch on campus, visit with a professor or coach, and get your questions answered about admission and financial aid

How to Finance a College Education

This program helps students and their families understand the financial aid process. We provide information that is applicable to all colleges. Staff members from the St. Kate’s Admission and Financial Aid offices will be available to answer your questions and help you start the financial aid process.

Spring Spotlight

If you are a high school sophomore or junior, this event is for you — it is the perfect first look at St. Kate’s! You will learn what colleges look for in a prospective student and how to finance your college education. You will also hear from current St. Kate’s students and faculty about life in the classroom and how to get involved on campus. A campus tour will complete the event with admission staff available to answer your individual questions.

Transfer Information Sessions

If you are a transfer student considering St. Kate’s, or have already applied or been accepted, here is a chance to get your questions answered. This program will give you the opportunity to tour campus, talk to professors, visit with an admission counselor and have your transcript evaluated.
