How to Apply
Each program in the College for Applied and Continuing Learning has a slightly different application process. Be sure to check on whether applications are currently being accepted and upcoming admission deadlines.

Application process
Applying to a program in the College for Applied Continuing Learning is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Complete the application form
The first step in the admission process is to download and complete the application form for your program. Use this form for all programs except the Associate of Science in Nursing program. Applications for the Associate of Science in Nursing program are available only at nursing information sessions.

2. Submit official transcripts
Official transcripts are required for all institutions you have attended, regardless of completion of course work. Arrange for your transcripts to be sent from all schools, universities, technical schools, training programs, armed forces, etc., that you have attended or currently attend, directly to the address listed in step 3.
High school transcript or GED test scores are not required for applicants with a bachelor’s degree.
If you have completed any portion of your education outside of the United States, please submit official transcripts of your complete academic history from secondary school onward. Learn more about the international academic history evaluation process »
3. Send us your materials
When you’ve finished your application and arranged to have your transcripts sent, send the completed application and a non-refundable application fee of $25 (check or money order payable to St. Catherine University) to the address below:
