The College of St. Catherine: The Catherine Connection

	During the first month of the semester, meet with your academic advisor to select courses for next semester and to make sure that you are completing all course work for graduation.
	Attend the panel discussion, "What Are Healthcare Employers Looking For?" Watch campus publicity for date/time.
	Attend the annual St. Catherine's Career Opportunities Fair on the St. Paul campus, which is open to all majors to learn about internship and employment opportunities.
	Discuss opportunities for leadership in your program with your academic advisor.
	Register for winter classes through KateWay : go to "My Education" tab. Under "Registration Tools," click on "Look up Classes."
	To print a copy of your class schedule using KateWay : go to "My Education" tab. Under "Student Information," click on "My Schedule." Select the current term and click on the submit button.
	If you are considering a bachelor's (or higher) degree, meet with Admissions and your academic advisor to explore your options.
	Continue to engage in campus activities and events. Refer to the "Continuous Connections" checklist.

	Complete Declaration of Intent to Graduate form, which is available on KateWay. Go to the "My Education" tab. Under "Registrar's online forms for students," click on "Declaration of Intent to Graduate." (Deadline is January 15 for students graduating at the end of winter term.) (Deadline is August 15 for students graduating at the end of fall term.)
	Put the final touches on your professional résumé; have the Career Counselor view drafts of your cover letters, brush up on your interview skills and review the career- related resources. (EDUC Room 359).
	Attend the Minneapolis Healthcare Career Fair to learn about job opportunities.
	Begin to prepare for any licensure exams you will be taking subsequent to graduation.
	Attend the college-wide Money Management speaker program offered in the spring, to learn important financial management skills.
	Meet with financial aid staff to ensure you understand your student loans and your repayment obligations.
	As you prepare for graduation, celebrate all your connections to the College, including mentoring relationships with faculty and staff, and your lifelong friendships with classmates.
	Learn about the Alumnae Association and how to be active and supportive graduate of the College.

Year Two: Bridges
