Program Options
Different program options are open to you, depending on whether or not your undergraduate degree is in social work. Select the appropriate tab below.
If your undergraduate degree is in social work from a CSWE-accredited program, the following program options are available:
- Advanced Standing Full time (12 month) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in June
- Advanced Standing Extended time (2 year) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in September
- Advanced Standing Extended time (3 year) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in September
- Advanced Standing Weekend (3 year) - weekend format, classes begin in June
If your undergraduate degree is not in social work, the following program options are available:
- Regular Standing Full time (2 year) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in September
- Regular Standing Extended time (3 year) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in September
- Regular Standing Extended time (4 year) - afternoon/evening format, classes begin in Septembe
- Regular Standing Weekend (4 year) - weekend format, classes begin in June
Admission Requirements
- A completed bachelor's degree from an institution that is accredited by a nationally recognized, regional accrediting association
- Undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or better on a 4.0 scale. If the applicant's GPA is less than 3.0, an explanatory statement should be included with the application.
