Already working as a nurse? You can advance your career and keep your job. In fact, we encourage it. St. Kate’s offers opportunities for advancement if you’re a practicing nurse by combining online and classroom education. We offer programs to advance your nursing education during the evenings or on weekends at the associate, baccalaureate and graduate levels.
Mobility Nursing Program (LPN-to-RN)
Our mobility nursing program is an evening program for licensed practical nurses who want to earn an associate’s degree at an accelerated pace. Associate-degree nurses are highly desirable in many settings, including hospice and long-term care and non-acute areas of healthcare. Learn more »
RN-to-Bachelor’s Weekend Section
The RN-to-bachelor’s option for women is a Weekend College program for associate-degree RNs who want to earn a bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree is now required by some health systems, especially for nurses working in fields such as neonatal care, highly acute pediatric care or emergency care. Learn more »

The Master of Arts in nursing program for nurses holding a bachelor’s degree looking to become advanced-practice nurses is offered as an evening and weekend program on campus or on-site through your employer. Learn more »
