Each year, St. Kate’s receives invitations for students to participate in various internship opportunities with theaters or performing arts companies in the Twin Cities.
Scholarship opportunity
$2,000 private music lesson scholarships (per year, for a total of $8,000 for four years) are available to music majors and minors with a 2.6 GPA or above. Auditions are required. For more information, contact the admission office »

Assistantship Mentoring Program (AMP)
AMP is an innovative, paid work-and-learning experience that pairs St. Kate’s students in their junior or senior year with faculty or staff mentors on a specific project. AMP gave theater alumna Brett Blonigen the chance to work on “Special Methods in Theatre Education” with Professor Emerita Jo Ann Holonbek.
Thespians Unite!
This student-led theater club is open to everyone interested in theater. Members have the opportunity to further their leadership and theatrical skills, and learn more about theatrical culture beyond the collegiate level.
