AM2: A Master’s Option
AM2 (Acknowledging Montessori for a Master’s) is a one-year option for Montessori teachers seeking a master’s (MAED) degree.
Recognize education you have already completed
St. Kate’s will grant students up to 15 graduate credits for training received for their initial Montessori teaching credential from a program accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE), including both the American Montessori Society and Association Montessori Internationale.

Flexible learning ... accessible from wherever you live and teach
To complete the remaining 15 credits in the AM2 program, you’ll participate in a 3-day campus learning experience in St. Paul, MN, followed by a nine-month, web-based course of study. You’ll proceed through the program with a team of Montessori colleagues from other states and even across the world.
