- A completed bachelor's degree from an institution that is accredited by a nationally recognized, regional accrediting association.
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or better on a 4.0 scale. Additional information, such as Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores, also may be required.

For Healthcare Concentration applicants, exposure to the healthcare industry is required, either through undergraduate course work (for example, an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field) and/or healthcare- related work or volunteer experience.
