Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission to the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program:
- A completed bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized, regional accrediting association.
- Undergraduate cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or better on a 4.0 scale. If the applicant's GPA is less than 3.0, an explanatory statement should be included with the application.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience and demonstrated leadership in the private or public sector.

Non-degree applicants
Students interested in taking an MAOL course before enrolling in the full degree program may apply as a non-degree candidate. Qualified students may take a maximum of six credits in this option and are not eligible for financial aid.
To be considered for the program as a non-degree student, you must submit the Non-Degree Application for Graduate Study (please contact the Office of Graduate Admission for a copy of this form), $10 application fee, current resume, and one official transcript from the institution that granted your bachelor’s degree.
