Degree Options
The MAOL program offers six concentrations with a leadership core, plus a dual-degree program.
The MAOL classes at St. Catherine University facilitate challenging dialogues, group projects and role-playing simulations that develop your critical thinking, leadership, decision-making and communication skills. You'll present your research to fellow professionals — faculty and classmates — and likely your organization. You'll learn to collaborate while collaborating to learn, just as you do in a dynamic workplace.
Most MAOL courses are three-credit courses. The MAOL degree requires a minimum of 39 credits, with a maximum of 44 credits required for the Dispute Resolution concentration. The dual MAOL/JD degree program requires 109 credits.
