Graduate Studies in Organizational Leadership
Essential to the success of all organizations, leadership is at once challenging and visionary. Leadership requires commitment to the long-term development of people and organizations so they can grow, adapt, change and prosper.
Since 1986, the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program at St. Catherine has offered an alternative to the traditional MBA, developing students’ professional and personal abilities to be effective, ethical and enduring leaders.
An MAOL degree will strengthen your abilities to lead responsibly, act with confidence, make ethical decisions, manage strategically, achieve organizational goals, conduct and apply research, communicate effectively, understand and lead organizational change and practice global citizenship.
The MAOL program offers in-depth application of skills in a concentration of your choice — accountancy, dispute resolution, ethics, healthcare, information services and technology, spirituality, strategic management — or a dual MAOL/JD degree.
