Corporations and St. Kate’s
St. Kate’s is alive with long-standing corporate connections. Because MAOL students bring work experience to the classroom, St. Kate’s faculty members continually adapt coursework to the professional needs of students and employers.
In addition, guest presenters from partner companies deliver content and work on case studies with you in class — a great way to expand your knowledge beyond your current field.
St. Kate’s on-site
St. Kate’s MAOL offers custom-designed organizational leadership certificates for employee groups within organizations. Such certificates require a minimum of nine credits, including the ethics and leadership course.
Fairview, HealthEast Care System and Allina Hosptials and Clinics have all taken advantage of this option.
If you work with a company interested in having St. Kate’s offer a certificate program in-house, please contact Rebecca Hawthorne, MAOL program director, at (651) 690-6838 or rkhawthorne@stkate.edu.
