MAHS/MSW Dual Degree Program

At St. Kate’s, you can earn a master’s degree in holistic health studies and one in social work at the same time.

This program has been developed collaboratively between the departments to reinforce and support a professional perspective that serves the multiple and complex needs of clients. Upon completion, you will be awarded two master’s degrees.

To participate in a dual degree option, you must be accepted into both the graduate holistic health studies program and the graduate social work program. You should express your intent to complete the dual-degree program when you apply for admission. Once accepted, you will develop a plan for completing both degrees with the support of an adviser from each program.

Initially, you may only enroll in one of the programs. After the first semester, you may enroll in both programs.
