If you’re interested in becoming a leader in the restaurant, hospitality or food industries, a foodservice management major from St. Kate’s is a great way to get a jump start on your goals.
The foodservice management major emphasizes knowledge of food, business and management skills to propel you to a successful career. Your coursework will provide you with a strong foundation in food and food preparation, basic nutrition, management, marketing, sales and accounting, setting you up for success in a leadership role in the food industry.
In addition to learning in the classroom, you will complete an internship designed specifically to your interests, giving you valuable real-world experience before starting your career.
