Place yourself on the leading edge of fitness and exercise research and practice with an exercise and sport science major at St. Kate’s.

Women’s health and wellness issues are now moving to the forefront of research, education and practice. St. Kate’s prepares women to be the new health and fitness professionals, working with children and adults of all ages to promote and maintain healthy and active lifestyles.

As an exercise and sport science major at St. Kate’s, you will study biomechanics, exercise physiology (the body’s response to exercise), fitness training, human anatomy, kinesiology (human movement), performance analysis and sports medicine, building skills to work in a variety of settings.
