Community Health Worker Certificate
As a student in St. Kate’s one-year Community Health Worker certificate program, you’ll develop leadership and communication skills to advocate for health justice and become a highly valued member of a healthcare team.
Enrolling in the Community Health Worker program means immersing yourself in an environment where equal access to healthcare for all is among the highest of values.
As a community health worker, you’ll work with individuals to help bridge gaps between the community and the health care, government and social service systems. Your role: to be a critical link between them and to improve healthcare outcomes.
Complete the program in only one year, with classes meeting two afternoons a week on St. Catherine University’s Minneapolis campus.
